Our candid photography sessions are priced at just $45 for every 30 minutes, offering an affordable way to capture natural, spontaneous moments. This flexible pricing structure allows you to book the exact amount of time you need, whether it’s a quick shoot or an extended event. Each session includes professionally edited photos that highlight genuine emotions and unscripted interactions, perfect for preserving real memories. Whether it’s a family gathering, celebration, or just a casual day out, we ensure every candid moment is beautifully documented.
$15 / Digital Image Copyright Release
$50 / Digital Collage Copyright Release
In addition to our photography services, we offer digital copyright releases for those who wish to print, share, or use their images freely. each individual digital image copyright release is available for $15, giving you full rights to use the photo as you wish. For a more creative touch, our digital collage-which combine multiple photos into a beautifully designed layout-are available with a copyright release for only $50. These options provide flexibility and freedom, whether you’re creating prints, albums, or sharing your memories online.
$0.25 / Per Mile (Over 10) Plus Any Fees or Expenses
For locations beyond a 10-mile radius from our base, a travel fee of $0.25 per mile will apply. This helps cover transportation costs and ensures timely arrival to your event or session. Any additional fees or expenses specific to your shoot-such as permits, parking or venue access charges- will be discussed and agreed upon in advance to ensure complete transparency. Our goal is to provide you with a smooth, professional experience with no surprises.
Disclaimer: A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due immediately upon the conclusion of the session.
If a booking must be rescheduled due to the photographer, the deposit will be 100% refunded. If rescheduling is initiated by the client, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new date (some exclusions may apply).
Any additions or removals to the original booking are subject to adjustment fees. Changes made prior to the event date will incur a 25% After Booking Fee based on the original price of each added or removed item or service. Changes made on the day of the event will incur a 50% Last Minute Fee based on the original price of each affected item or service. This includes time overages, image or collage requests, service adjustments, and removal of previously booked options.
Image Delivery Window: Final images will be delivered within 14 days of the event date.
Delayed image Request Policy: Any image, collage, or service originally available at the time of delivery that is requested within 7 days after the delivery date will incur a 25% Delayed image Request Fee added to the original price of the item(s). Requests made after 7 days of the delivery date will incur a 50% Delayed Image Request Fee. This policy supports efficient processing and timely communication.
Image Retention Policy: All final images will be stored and made available for up to 90 days from the date of the event. After this period, the images will be permanently deleted and will no longer be available. Exceptions apply only to images selected by Random K-Aus for promotional or portfolio use, which may be retained indefinitely.
Copyright & Usage: Random K-Aus retains full copyright ownership of all images captured during the session. By completing the booking process, the client agrees to the following terms: No image may be personally edited, filtered, cropped, or altered in any way; the Random K-Aus watermark/signature may not be removed from any image under any circumstance; Clients may not claim authorship, ownership, or creative credit for any image; Random K-Aus reserves the right to use any image for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website galleries, social media pages, advertising materials, and portfolio displays; Clients will not receive royalties, compensation, or financial benefit for any images used by Random K-Aus for promotional or commercial purposes.
